All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Payments

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
We may contact customers to verify order details before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if products are unavailable or essential delivery information cannot be verified.

Shipping

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders.
Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days, following processing.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, providing accurate delivery details, and using products appropriately.

Limitation of Responsibility

Surprise & Co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
